Hillsboro - Funeral services for Russell Gebbart Day, 69, of Milwaukee, former resident of Hillsboro, were held at the Barrick & Son Funeral Home in Danville, Ill., at 1 p.m. Wednesday with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hillsboro. He died at the Veterans Hospital in Milwaukee, Nov 1, after being hospitalized for a few days. He was born in Hillsboro May 25, 1895, the son of Nathaniel and Minerva Gebbart Day. His wife preceded him in death and he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Pat Pokrop, of Milwaukee, Wis.; a sister, Mrs. Elmer Brown of Danville and four grandchildren. He was a member of the Christian Church.
