DAY, Ethel Brissey - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Ethel Day, age 76, a native of Fountain County , died Monday morning Sept 3, at Florala, Ala., where she was vising relatives. Previously, she had been visiting a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Neighbors at Amarillo, Tex. She was married to Ora Day, who preceded her in death last February. They had operated a grocery and service station here for several years. Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Neighbors; a son, Charles Smith of Albuquerque, N.M.; and a sister, Mrs. Goldie Minnick of Veedersburg. Funeral services and burial will be held Thursday at Florala, Ala.
