Stanley Danko of Danville, Illinois, age 67, was found dead Saturday afternoon, November 20, at his home. Death was due to natural causes. He was born at Danville, January 24, 1915, the son of John and Anna Marmo Danko. July 6, 1941, he married Ruby O. Zumwalt, who survives. An Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of VFW and American Legion and was a route supervisor for Royal Crown Cola Bottling Company from 1946 to 1969.
Also surviving are two sons, Stanley Jack and Steve B., both of Danville; a brother, Edwin G. of Danville; a half brother, William Standwich of Covington; four grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Pape Memorial Home in Danville with burial in the National Cemetery at the Danville Veterans Administration Medical Center.-s
