King T. Cunningham of Veedersburg, age 72, died Saturday afternoon, July 25 1981 in Lakeview Medical Center at Danville, Illinois. He was born in Abingdon, Virginia, December 25 1908, the son of John and Margaret McCauley Cunningham. September 6 1930, he married Helen Myers who survives. He attended Newtown High School and was a farmer. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Sharon Allen and Mrs. Myrna Allen, both of RR 3 Veedersburg; two sons, Bill of Findlay Ohio, and Michael of RR 1, Wingate; a sister, Mrs. Lucille Johnson of Lafayette; two brothers, Clarence of Romney and John Jr. of Anna, Illinois; 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Crumley Williams Funeral Home in Hillsboro with Rev. Randy Davis officiating. Burial was in Newtown Cemetery.
