Funeral services for Mrs. Iva Mae Green Cunningham, age 87, who died at 10:35 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, at her home at 124 Sixth St., Covington, were held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 27, at the Hegg Funeral Home, Covington. The Rev. Glenn Ray, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Covington, officiated. Burial was in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Cunningham was born in February 6, 1879, the daughter of Alonzo and Martha Hines Green. She was married Feb. 3, 1898, to James Cunningham, who preceded her in death Nov. 7, 1939. She had lived at the Covington address since 1925 and prior to that in Warren County. She had been seriously ill for three months. Survivors include: three daughters, Mrs. George W. (Leota) Keller of Covington, Miss Aileen Cunningham of Lafayette and Mrs. Neva Davis of Tucson, Ariz; two sons, Robert and Forrest (Mac) Cunningham, both of Covington; one brother, Bill Green of Mellott; 15 grandchildren, two of whom she had reared, Fred Oliphant of Danville, Ill., and Donald Oliphant of Waterloo, Iowa; 44 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters one son and four brothers.

Covington, Ind -- (CNS) -- Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Hegg Funeral Home for Mrs. Iva May Green Cunningham, 87, a resident of Covington since 1935. She died Tuesday at her home. The Rev. Glenn Ray will officiate. Burial will bein Mt. Hope Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home. Survivors include 3 sons: Cleo of Danville, Mack and Bob, both of Covington and 3 daughters: Leota Keller of Covington; Ailene Cunningham of Lafayette and Neva Davis of Tucson, AZ.
