CUNNINGHAM, Earl B. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Earl B. Cunningham of Danville, Illinois, age 80, died Wednesday night, February 24, in Lakeview Medical Center at Danville. He was born near Bismarck, Illinois, April 21, 1901, the son of Morton and Alma Bonebrake Cunningham. September 9, 1922, he married Wilma Burtsbaugh, who survives. He retired in 1960 after 20 years as a rural mail carrier and had also been associated with his sons in the operation of Mike’s Restaurants.

  Also surviving are four sons, Oren and David, both of Danville, Myron of Bismarck and Robert of Covington; two sisters, Mary Schewe of Glendale, California, and Martha Cape of Long Beach, California; a brother, Donald of Glendale; 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Barrick and Son Funeral Home in Danville with Rev. Glen Ray officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park at Danville. – thanks so much to “S”
