CRUMLEY, Naomi - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Naomi Crumley of Crawfordsville, age 82, died Friday morning, May 21, in Golden Manor Nursing Home at Ladoga. She was born at Hillsboro, November 14, 1899, the daughter of Marion Ebert and Samanthia Furr Laird. December 23, 1915, she married Roy Crumley, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Crumley was a member of Fremont Street Baptist Church in Crawfordsville and had been employed at the shirt factory.

  Survivors include four daughters, Maxine Clark of Crawfordsville, Pauline Lindquist of Veedersburg, Helen Joan Crumley of Van Nuys, California, and Loretta Reed of Artesia, New Mexico; 17 grandchildren, nine step grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Powers Funeral Home in Crawfordsville with Rev. Dan Aldrich officiating. Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery at Crawfordsville. – thanks to S
