CRUMLEY, Marguerite Price - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Veedersburg - Mrs. Marguerite Crumley, 54 of Veedersburg died Saturday in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville after a long illness. Mrs. Crumley was a graduate of Greencastle (MO) HS and Kirksville MO College. She had worked as a secretary in the Pentagon. She was born in Sullivan Co MO on March 8, 1925, a daughter of Robert and Cordie Price. She married Fred Crumley in Washington DC. He survives. Other survivors include her mother and stepfather of Greencastle; a stepson, Marvin L. Crumley of Veedersburg; a stepdaughter, Leona Crumley of Veedersburg; a brother, Robert Price of Long Beach, Calif; a stepbrother, Wm. J. Riddle of Long Beach; two stepsisters, Mrs. Harold Fanning of North Shore Calif; Mrs. James Grissman of Lake Wood, Calif; 3 grandchildren and two greats. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Crumley-Williams Funeral Home, Hillsboro with Rev. Leland Brett officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hillsboro. Friends may call at the funeral home 4-9 p.m. Tuesday.
