CROWELL, Edwin M. - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Word was received Saturday of the death of Edwin M. Crowell of Pomona, Cal, a former Decatur resident. Mr. Crowell died Friday night after a lingering illness. He lived in Decatur until two years ago when he went to California for his health.  When he lived in Decatur, he was a carpenter contractor.  He was born in Rob Roy, Fountain Co, Ind. He was married in 1911 to Miss Mazie Fisher, the daughter of Mrs. Anna Fisher, 1404 East Leafland. He leaves his wife and three daughters: Louise, Melba and Loraine. He also leaves a father Robert Crowell, Pomona, Cal and two brothers, Newton and James both of California.  Funeral services will be conducted Monday in Pomona.  Burial will be in California. – kbz.
