CROWDER, Ellen Hollenback - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Ellen Crowder, 60, of Kingman Route 2, died Friday, Mar. 18, 1977 at Lakeview Medical Center, where she had been a patient one month. She was born in Hillsboro, Ind. on Dec. 29, 1916, the daughter of Thomas Edward Hollenback. She married Vance Crowder in July, 1954 and he survives. Other survivors include four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Ed and Max, and four grandchildren. She was a member of the Yeddo Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, growing flowers and collecting antiques. Services at the Malcolm DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga. The Rev. Larry McMillian officiated and burial in the Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. – jlr
