Williamsport, Ind. - Mrs. Gertrude E. Crow, 91, of Williamsport, died at Community Hospital early today (Dec. 19, 1967). She had been ill several years. Born March 16, 1876 in Warren County, she was the daughter of Henry and Jane Goodrick Stephens. On Feb. 28, 1903, she was married to Thad S. Crow, who preceded her in death in 1956. A life resident of Williamsport, Mrs. Crow was the widow of a Spanish-American War veteran. Surviving are two sons, Walter of Kokomo and Lowell M. of Jackson, Ohio; four daughters, Mrs. Ruth Crow of Williamsport Route 1, Mrs. Madge Nehemiah of Attica, Mrs. Anita Nehrig and Mrs. Sylvia Miles of Williamsport; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Crowmer and Siddens Funeral Home. The Rev. Douglas Dickey and the Rev. Norman Able will officiate. Burial will be in West Lebanon Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
