CRONK, Margaret - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Mrs. Margaret Cronk of Hillsboro, age 94, died Monday morning, April 13, at Lane House Nursing Home in Crawfordsville. She was born near Hillsboro, July 19, 1885, the daughter of George and Mary Parker. March 21, 1906, she married William Cronk, who died in June 1947. Mrs. Cronk was a member of Hillsboro United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. She was a 1904 graduate of Hillsboro High School.

  Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Maxine Marlatt of Newtown and Mrs. Naoma Fishero of Columbus, Ohio; a foster son, Jesse Scott of Hillsboro; four grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, eight foster grandchildren and five foster great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held this afternoon (Thursday) at Crumley-Williams Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery at Hillsboro. – thanks to S
