CRANE, Jesse - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Jesse R. Crane of Big Springs, Texas, age 85, died Friday morning, June 17, in a Big Springs nursing home. He was born at Hillsboro, August 20, 1897. In 1930, he married Alice Annetta Wright, who died February 8, 1979. He moved to Big Springs in 1952 and worked at the locker plant until retiring in 1962.

  Survivors include a daughter, Diana Harris of Mortontown, North Carolina; a son, Jesse R. Jr. of Big Springs; a sister, Lora Mills of Crawfordsville; a brother, Jack of Eagle Lake, Florida; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at Nalley-Pickle Funeral Home in Big Springs with Rev. Keith Wiseman officiating. Burial was in Trinity Memorial Park at Big Springs. – thanks so much to S
