CONGLETON, Iva - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

Newtown, April 8 – The funeral services of Miss Iva CONGELTON who passed away Tuesday night at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lafayette were held in the Methodist Church Thursday at 2:00 Rev WA Smith of Wingate officiated. Those who furnished the music were Mrs. James Whitesides, Mrs. George Lawton, Mrs. Russell Stokes, with Mrs. Harold Shultz at the piano. Rev. Enos Bacon gave a beautiful prayer and a short tribute. Burial was madd in the old Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers were john and Walter Schultz, Charles Hunnings, Cal Coon, Jack Kay and Dan Gray.
