I, Sarah Trinkle of Fountain County and State of Indiana make this my last will
I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows, viz:
My Real Estate consisting of Lot No __ in the town of Chambersburg, county and state above named and Forty (40) Acres of land in Iroquois County state of Illinois also (16) Sixteen acres of land in Fountain County, Indiana. I devise to be sold by the executor of this my last will and as much as is necessary of the proceeds to be applied to the payment of my just debts and my funeral expenses.  My personal property consisting in part of Household & Kitchen furniture, beds, bedding and together with all property of any kind which I may possess at the time of my death, and also the proceeds of the sale of my said Real Estate remaining after the payment and debts and Funeral expenses as above provided:I give devise and bequeath the following name – my beloved children viz: my son Henry Trinkle and my four daughters, Margaret Butt, Elizabeth Butt, Louisa Wright and Volena Anderson to be divided equally among them by the said Executor of this will.  To my sons, Samuel Trinkle and Martin Trinkle and the widow and children of my son, Christopher Trinkle deceased. I do not devise or bequeath any Legacy in this, my last will from the fact that they were each previously provided for by gifts of Real and Personal property to an amount equal to or great than that devised or bequeathed to either of my children name in this my last will:
I appoint my said son, Henry Trinkle of Fountain County and state of Indiana, Executor of this my last will. In witness whereof, I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my last will and the resident of my said son Henry Trinkle, county and state above named this 11th day of May AD 1873.  Sarah (her mark -x-) Trinkle. The said Sarah Trinkle at said place and time above written, signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for her last will and we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.  John Dice; Joseph Blackburn; John A. Be it remembered that on the 16th day of May 1873, John A.
