Some years ago Frank Richardson, a boy of Veedersburgh, who was employed in Coleman’s saw mill, at that place, had his eye knocked out by the breaking of a band. Coleman lived at Indianapolis and Richardson sued him there in the Superior Court. A verdict was rendered against Richardson and he appealed to the Supreme Court, where the judgment below was secured yesterday. Kennedy & Kennedy, of this city, and H. J. Milligan, of Indianapolis, appeared for Richardson, and Peele & Taylor, of Indianapolis, for the defendant. A change of venue from Marion County will now probably be taken to some county where Richardson can fight Coleman on equal terms.
