McMurtrie, Zennia - 90th birthday

Mrs. Zennia McMurtrie, R. R. 3, Veedersburg, Ind. celebrated her 90th birthday at the home of her youngest daughter, Clea Mae, of Kokomo, Ind. Zennia (Moffitt) McMurtrie was born Nov. 3, 1885 in Richland Township, Fountain County to John and Laura (Pogue) Moffitt and has lived all her life in that vicinity and most of her life in Richland Twp. Zennia has six children, Chester, Harold, and Dallas of Newtown, Berniece Murphy of Lafayette, Ruth Hamlin, and Clea Mae Butts both of Kokomo, Ind.
She is still able to keep house and attributes her long life to hard work and a good sense of humor.
