Kingman, July 26 – Charles Davis, engineer at the Farmers’ Elevator at Kingman was terribly injured in a most mysterious accident about noon Thursday. He was found unconscious at the foot of the stairway in the mill by Hiram Brown, an employee of the mill. One ear was torn off, hanging by a mere thread of skin, his teeth were knocked loose and it is feared he is injured internally. He has never regained consciousness to tell how the accident happened.
