Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Rhoads announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Ethel Rhoads to Dafford Allen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ethan Allen who reside on the Overcoat Road. The marriage took place in Paris, Ill, on Sunday Dec 3 at half after six o'clock. The single ring ceremony was read by the justice of the peace, TJ Davis. After a short honeymoon trip Mr. Allen and his bride will return here where they will be at home for a time with the groom's parents. The bride is a graduate of the Crawfordsville HS with class of 1932. Mr. Allen is employed on the Jesse Ward farm.
