Jeffersonville, Ind June 14 – After being in the Indiana Reformatory as a parole visitor for only six days, Arthur Voliva is again at liberty and he left at once in company with an elder of Zion City, Ill of which his brother, Wilbur Glenn Voliva is overseer.  Voliva will resume his duties as head of the tithing department which he has filled for two years.  Voliva’s release was ordered by the board of trustees of the institution  acting as parole board on urgent appeals from officials prominent men, elders of Zion Church and others.  He had been out 10 years when returned for violation of the parole; had held the position of assistant paymaster for a railroad and was making a good citizen.  Before Voliva and the elder left they went into the office of Ray Campbell, state agent and offered prayer.  Voliva was sent to the institution for forgery in 1899 from Fountain County and after parole soon disappeared and failed to report.  He was returned on requisition from Zion City after being captured by a ruse on Thursday of last week.
