SPIEGAL, Jacob found guilty - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

The state board of medical examination and registration has been advised of the arrest and fining in mayor’s court of Jacob Spiegel in Attica on complaint of the Fountain County Medical Society.  Spiegel was charged with practicing medicine without a license and was found guilty by a jury.  He was fined $25 and costs, the maximum under the law and appealed the case. The board was also advised that Spiegel was arrested on a like charge in Princeton but was found not guilty.
