“ATTICA News” --In the Fountain Circuit Court last week the civil case of Keller vs. Ratcliffe was tried. The two are residents of Mill Creek township and it will be remembered that several months since Keller was unmercifully beaten by Ratcliffe, while walking along the railroad.
