Crawfordsville, Oct 25 – The suit of Thomas I. Suiters, deposed superintendent of the county home in Fountain County against the board of Fountain County Commissioners has been brought to Montgomery Circuit court on change of venue from Fountain Circuit Court, Covington. Suiters charges he was unduly removed from the superintendency and asks a hearing on a charge of incompetency. --kbz
