Receiver Volney T. Malott, of the Vandalia RR is making special arrangements for handling Indiana visitors to the St. Louis Exposition next year. Sixteen new passenger cars of latest design and a half dozen new Atlantic type passenger engines have been ordered for the special service that will be established.
