LIVENGOOD-David - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

David Livengood, farmer, Hillsboro was b. 4 Sept 1841 Jackson twp, Fountain Co. parents are Thomas & Eve (Shuler) Livengood - came from NC to Fountain Co settling Jackson Twp 1833. When David was of age, his father gave him 40 acres which he sold & bought 80. He now occupies in Sec 1. 6 Feb 1864 he marr Helen M. Marsh - her parents from Ohio. 5 children: Elgetta, Ida May, Rosa Olive, Ben F & aramenta who d. in infancy. Mrs. Livengood died 17 APril 18676. Then marr. Bellzora E. Walden 1 March 1877 1 child, Charles R. Mr. L is an elder at Lutheran Church near Jackville (Wallace). Dem. House burn in 1879 - household good a total loss. Belzora's bros/sisters were: Alminda Geris (male) Scott Adelia Frank Don't know anything else at all except Bellzora died in 1917 - the Livengoods had two children, Charles & Lesta (fem).
