Charles KERR, farmer, Newtown was born in Richlad Twp, March 2, 1856. He is the son of Samuel and Virginia (DAGGER) Kerr. On Sept 30, 1879 he was married to Miss Edith, daughter of William and Sarah N. (PERSING) Gray. She was born in Newtown May 10, 1858. They are both communicants in the Presbyterian Church and he is Republican.
