Mr. James Willis and Miss Effie McAlister, daughter of Wash McAlister were married by David Myer, JP at his residence in the presence of a few friends Sunday night, Sept 24, 1893. From some unknown reason the account failed to appear in last week’s issue but this does not hinder us from joining the many friends of the contracting parties in wishing them an ideal married life. --- kbz
