Miss Veda Florence Bonebrake,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Bonebrake, and Harry Everett Towell, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Joe Towell, all of this place, were married Tuesday evening in the
Hotel English at Indianapolis. Promptly at 6 o’clock the wedding party,
consisting of Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Towell and daughter, of Danville, Ind., Mr.
and Mrs. H. M. Brown, of this place, and the officiating minister Rev. George
S. Reedy, pastor of the first M. E. church at Danville Ind., found their way,
to one of the spacious rooms in the above named hotel, where the bride and
groom were in waiting. With a very brief and impressive ceremony, the contracting
parties were joined in the holy bonds of wedlock, after which the groom lead
the way to the dinning room, where a sumptuous supper was served. After wishing
the newly married couple many happy and prosperous years of wedded life, the
guests departed for their places of abode. The bride and groom are among our
most prominent young people, ranking high in both church and social functions.
A legion of friends join The Star in wishing them happiness and prosperity. Mr.
and Mrs. Towell have not made known the extent of their honeymoon, however,
after a short trip they expect to be at home to their many friends in Kingman
and vicinity after May 1, 1914. – jlr
