spencer, oscar_williamson, florence - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

The climax to a happy courtship occurred Wednesday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. N. Williamson. Miss Florence, their charming daughter was united in marriage to Oscar Spencer, second son of C. M. Spencer.  Rev. E. R. Wood performed the ceremony in the presence of the immediate families of the bride and groom. Miss Williamson was gowned in white satin, the groom wore the conventional black. This union of two lives has united two well known and highly respected, families and the Star joins their many friends in wishing for them all that should come out of a life of peace and usefulness. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer will be at home after May 10. – jlr
