Will Shade, son of Simon Shade and Miss Odelia Hesler daughter of James Hesler were united in marriage at seven o’clock Wednesday evening, the ceremony being performed by Rev. B. B. Kessler at the M. E. parsonage in this city. The ceremony was private only a few of the most intimate friends being present. After the ceremony they attended the evangelistic meetings and will be at home to their friends in Cain township south of Hillsboro which the groom had already prepared for the bride’s coming. Both of the contracting parties are well known and popular with a legion of friends who wish for them a happy journey through wedded life. – jlr
