Fred S. Owen of Marshall and
Miss Helen Bannon of near this city were married by Rev. Z. E. Maris at his
residence in Rockville Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. They returned to Marshall where
the groom’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. F. Owen, served a fine dinner to the
nuptrals and about forty invited guests. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Frank Bannon, who resides 4 miles southeast of this city. They left
Marshall on the 3 o’clock train for Greensburg, Ind., where the groom had
already prepared a fine farm home for life’s companion. They have the best wishes
of a large circle of friends. – jlr
