Col. Claude Madden, son of
County Clerk A. G. Madden, and Miss Mabel Butcher, an estimable young lady of
Covington, were married Sunday evening by Rev. H. K. Fox of that city. Col.
Madden, like unto his father, is one of the best auctioneers in the county. He
was formerly of this place, but is now located in Danville, Ill., where they
will make their future home. – jlr
