Hayes, Eugene - Kathryn Peterson

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Peterson east of Attica, announce the marriage of their daughter, Kathryn to Eugene Hayes, Attica, son of Mr. and Mrs. Omer Hayes, East Pike Street. The ceremony was read March 15, at the First Presbyterian Church, Indianapolis by the Rev. Mr. Ball. Mrs. Hayes wore a blue suit with brown accessories, and her corsage was of gardenias. She was graduated from Attica HS in 1939 and has since that time been traveling for the Smith studio in which position she will continue for the present. Mr. Hayes was graduated from Attica HS in 1936 and was associated with his father in the insurance business for awhile but at present is employed at the A&P grocery here. They will reside for the present with his parents on Pike Street. - kbz
