Hillsboro, June 4- a very pretty wedding took place Saturday afternoon at 4 o’clock at their apartment already furnished, 1407 N Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis when Miss Gladys Halsy became the bride of Maurice Williams, formerly of this place. The single ring ceremony was read by Dr. Virgil Roer. Best man was Lyle Hendrix of Charlottesville, Ind and maid of honor was Miss Alice Messmyer of Dayton, Ohio. The rooms were prettily decorated with roses and lilies of the valley. The bride wore a dress of white canton crepe and overlace and carried a bouquet of roses and lilies of the valley. The maid of honor wore blue organdie. Following the ceremony a dainty two course luncheon was served. Mr. and Mrs. Williams left for a short wedding trip after which they will be at home, 1407 North Pennsylvania street. Mr. Williams is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. PM Williams of here. The bride is the daughter of C. Halsy of Charleston Ill but has been a resident of Indianapolis for three years. Guests from here were Mr. and Mrs. PM Williams; Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Roembke and Misses Dorothy Davidson and Gertrude Williams.
