Miss Maxine Voorhees and Carlyle Crane, were quietly married Tuesday evening of last week by Rev. OP Cooper at his residence. Both parties are well known. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. AH Holmes and the groom is the son of Clifford Crane. They have spent their entire lives in Veedersburg. Mr. Crane is employed by the CB&! Railway company in Chicago. After a few days visit in Veedersburg they will go to Chicago to reside.
