COX, Barbara and Charles M. COFFMAN - Fountain County INGenWeb Project

The marriage of Miss Barabara Cox and Charles M. Coffman took place at 6:30 o’clock Thursday evening at the home of Rev. James McKowen, pastor of the Christian Church.  Attendants were Miss Anita Cox, sister of the bride and Jack Summers.  The bride, daughter of Mr. and Russell Cox, is a graduate of Attica High School and is employed in the offices of the Harrison Steel Castings Company.  The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Coffman who live south of Attica and served overseas in WWII.  He is an Attica HS graduate and at present is attending Purdue University.  After a wedding trip to southern Michigan they will reside in the upstairs apartment of Barney Tibbet’s house, 408 East Main Street.   ~~~transcribed by kbz
