Veedersburg, Aug 27 – Mrs. Alfronia Button, of this city and
George W. Logan, Danville, Ill. Were married Saturday at Covington by John
Glover, justice of the peace. The
bridegroom, a Civil War veteran is 90 years old, while his bride is 30 years
younger. He is the oldest person on record applying for a marriage license in
Fountain County. They will live in Veedersburg.
