LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF AMANDA C. WINEINGER In the name of the
benevolent father of all. I,
Amanda C.Weininger of Dubois County, Jnd do make and publish this my last will
and testament. Item,1.1 give
and devise to my brother Charles D. Weininger ,all the real estate that I may
own at the time of my death, to his use and behoof in fee-simple forever. Item,2.
It is my will that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my
personal estate ,as I
do not by this will
dispose of. my personal estate. In testimony
hereof I have Hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th day of

State of Indiana, Dubois County, SS: Be it remembered that on the 17th day of January, 1905, Bomar Traylor one
or the subscribing witnesses to the within and foregoing last will and testament
of Amanda C. Weininger late of said County, dec’d, personally appeared before
S.A.Ely Judge of the Circuit Court of Dubois Co. in the .State of Indiana, and
being duly sworn by the clerk of said court, upon his oath declared and testified
as follows, that is to say: That on the 20th
day of Aug 1901 he saw She said Amanda C.Weininger signed
her name to the said instrument in writing as and for her last will e testament;
and that this deponent at the same time, heard the said Amanda C. Weininger
declare the said instrument in writing to be her last will and testament, and
that the said instrument in writing was, at the same time, at the request of
the said Amanda C. Weininger and with her consent attested and subscribed by
the said Bomar Traylor & Wm A.Traylor in the presence of said testatrix and
in the presence of each other, as subscribing witnesses thereto, and that the
said Amanda C.Weininger was at the time of the signing and subscribing
of said instrument in writing of full age (that is more than twenty one years
of age), and of sound ad disposing mind and memory, and not under any coercion
or restraint,,as the said deponent verily believes, and further deponent says
