James Arthur Temke age 54 of Otwell, Indiana died at 7:01 p.m. Saturday (September 15, 2007) in the Daviess County Hospital in Washington Indiana from injuries in a one car accident. He was born on February 2, 1953 in Alabama to Arthur R. and Patricia (Kempf) Temke- married to Linda Schnarr October 9, 1976. Jim is a U.S. Army Veteran and employed as a pharmacists at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. He graduated from University of Cincinnati in 1981 with a degree in pharmacology. He is a member of the American Legion Post # 147. Surviving is his wife Linda.

Funeral services for Jim Temke will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday (September 22, 2007) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper with burial to follow in the Portersville Cemetery at Portersville, Indiana. Rev. Robert Malone will officiate. Am Legion Post # 147 in Jasper will conduct military grave side rites. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Friday (September 21, 2007) at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper.
