Last Will and Testament of Peter P. Plummer
Be it Remembered that on the 4th day of Feb. 1900 the following Last Will and Testament of Peter P. Plummer was admitted for probate in the following words to wit;
I Peter P. Plummer of the town Cammack County Delaware and State of Indiana being of sound mind and memory do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament
1st First- I give and bequeath to my wife Amanda Jane Plummer the property on which we live consisting of twelve (12) acres of land and improvements theron together with all my personal property and all rents and profits derived from my estate to have and to hold during her life.
2nd Second; I give and bequeath to my son Joseph W. Plummer the property at Reed's station to be his and heirs forever
3rd Third- I give and bequeath to my daughter Eliza Jane Harman the house and lot containing one half (1/2) acre more or less on which she now resides during her life and at her death the same to go to her son William Alva Plummer (Hesselgesser) together with the one and one half (1 1/2) acres adjoining thereto to be his and his heirs forever
4th Fourth- I give and bequeath to my son Fountain D. Plummer the property east of the saw dust pile together with three (3) acres off of the north end of the home place to be his and his heirs forever
5th Fifth- I give and bequeath to my son Benjamin F. Plummer- after his Mother's death the remains of the home place Nine (9) acres more or less he to pay all expenses for attendance and burial of self and Mother. On witness whereof- I Peter P. Plummer have hereinto set my name and seal this 14th day of April A.D. 1894 P.P. Plummer (SEAL)
Subscribed by the testator in presence of each of us and at the same time declared to be his last Will and Testament

Before me Geo. R. Mansfield Clerk of the Circuit Court the County of Delaware, in the State of Indiana, personally came J.H. Montgomery of the Subscribing witness the the foregoing instrument of writing, who being by me first duly sworn upon oath deposes and says that Peter P. Plummer the testor named in the instrument of writing, purporting to be his Last Will and Testament, on the day of the date thereof; that the said Testor was at the same time of full age of twenty one years and of sound and disposing mind and memory, and that he was not under coercion, compulsion or restraint and that he was competent to devise his property. And that the said testor so signed , sealed, published and declared the same to be his last Will and Testament in manner and form as aforesaid in the presence of affiant and of John Butter, the other subscribing witness thereto, in the presence and at request of said testor and in the presence of each other

Subscribed and sworn to before me,thus witness of which I hereunto affix the seal of said Court and subscribe my name at Muncie this 7th day of Feb. A.D. 1900

I, George R. Mansfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court of the County of Delaware, in the State of Indiana, do hereby certify that the foregoing last will and testament of Peter P. Plummer has been duly admitted to Probate in open court.
The same was proven by the examination, under oath, of J. H. Montgomery the subscribing witness thereto, and that a full and complete record of said Will, and of the proof and the examination of the witnesses to whom the same was proven, has been made, and is now of record in Will Records No. 5, of said County, on page 361 & 362 & 363.

In testimony Thereof. I have hereunto affixed the seal of said Court, and subscribed my name , at the City of Muncie, this 7th day of July, A.D. 1900
