December 24, 1875

In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I Benjamin Jackson of Harrison Township do make and publish this my last will and testament.

Item 1. I give and devise to my beloved wife Neoma Jackson in lieu of her interest in my lands, the farm on which she now resides in Harrison Township Co. of Delaware State of IN, containing about 68, sixty eight, acres. During her natural life and all the stock house holds, goods, furniture, provisions and other goods and chattels which may be there at the time of my decease during her natural life as forsaid. She however, selling so much there of as may be sufficient to pay my just debts. At the death of my said wife I devise and bequeath to my son S. H. Jackson one hundred dollars. Also to my son W. A. Jackson one hundred dollars and a bed and after the payment of said sum I will devise and bequeath all the balance of my said property equally to all my children, share and share alike. I make and appoint said S. H. Jackson Executor of this last will and testament.

Signed and acknowledged by said Benjamin Jackson as his last will and testament in our presence and signed by us in his presence.

A. L Kirkwood, Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Co. of Delaware in the State of IN do hereby certify that the forgoing last Will and Testament of Benjamin Jackson has been duly ? to Probate before me.

That the same was proven by examination under oath of Solomon Hiatt one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and that full complete record of the said will and the proof and examination of the witnesses by whom the same was proven has been made and is now record in Will Record No 3 of said Co. on page 304.

In testimony whereof I at ? office the seal of said court and subscribe my name at Muncie this 28th day of February 1880.
