BLANCHARD, Alan Dean, A 1974 Graduate of Washington High School. Served active duty Air Force from 1976 to 1980. Served active duty Army July 1990 to July 1991 in Desert Storm, Desert Shield. He is the son of Alan and Ellen Blanchard, 406 Hill Court, Washington, IN.
