DEATH TAKES MRS. WEBBER
Mrs. Cecelia Webber, 83 years of age, died at 2 o'clock this morning
at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Andy Himsel, near Hudsonville. She
had been seriously ill since last April. Deceased was born in Reeve
township, Jan 16, 1869, the daughter of John P. and Mary (Harris) White.
She was educated in the Reeve township schools and was a member of
the Alfordsville Methodist Church, where funeral services will be held
at 1:30 Sunday. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery. Mrs. Webber was
married to the late Florian Webber in 1894 and he died March 20, 1940.
She had made her home with her three daughters since his death: Mrs.
Frank (Oda) Rohrscherb, Jasper; Mrs. Dona Bauer, city, and Mrs. Andy
(Dessie) Himsel, Harrison. A son, Donald Webber, Harrison, also survives
with two brothers, Roy White, Washington township and H. Preston White,
Pahaska, OK. There are 15 grand and 21 great- grandchildren. Friends
may call at the home of Elmer Hoffman, three miles northeast of Alfordsville
after 5 o'clock this evening.
