Trowbridge Rites Set For Wednesday
Leroy Trowbridge, age 40, Washington Rt. 1 died at approximately 12 p.m.
Saturday at his fishing camp near Blue Hole. He had been ill for three
months, but died of a heart attack.
Mr. Trowbridge was born December 14, 1925, in Washington, the son of
John and Emma (Gammon) Trowbridge. He was single. Surviving are a sister,
Mrs. Beulah Brochin, Vincennes; two brothers, John of Richmond, Calif.,
and Victor Leo of U.S. Army, Georgia. Several uncles, aunts and cousins
also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the V. L. Poindexter
funeral home with Rev. Naomi Colbert officiating. Burial will be in Oak
Grove cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Tuesday.
