 Dies at Age of Ninety
        Rebecca Sizemore was born in Cumberland Gap, Tenn., February 12, 1832and
          died at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 1922 at 1210 Grove Street,making
          her three months and fifteen days past the ripe old age of ninetyyears.She
          was married to William Gipson in 1846, and to this union threechildren
          were born, two boys who died in infancy and a daughter, Mrs.Belle Kellams,
          who passsed away in 1910.Mrs. Gipson, familiarly known as "Grandma" Gipson,
          was a woman of manygood traits of character. The doors of her home
          were always open widewith a fine spirit of hospitality. She was a good
          neighbor, a friend insickness and trouble. Although her health has
          been breaking these lastfew years, and blindness came upon her, yet
          she retained thatcheerfulness and that optimism that never complained
          throughout it all.She leaves five grandchilden, twenty great-grandchildren
          and sixgreat-great-grandchildren. She reared three of her sister's
          children,also.For more than forty years she has kept the faith, and
          was confident inthe saving power of Christ. The funeral services were
          held at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon from theFirst Christian Church.
          Burial was in Bethany cemetery.
