MONTGOMERY — Thomas E. Lewis, 71, died Wednesday in Chicago of an apparent
heart attack.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brocksmith-Blake and Wagler
Funeral Home in Montgomery. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery in Montgomery.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday and after 10 a.m. Tuesday
at the funeral home.
