John Grismore Dead; Prominent Reeve Township Farmer Passes Away
Alfordsville, Indiana - August 27 - John Grismore, a prominent farmer, died at his home four miles south of here Tuesday morning of dropsy. He had been in poor health for several years and his death was not unexpected. The deceased was born in Washington County, Indiana seventy-one years ago and came to this country at an early age. A wife, three children and two brothers survive him. The funeral services were held Wednesday morning at Old Union Church. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.
