GIBBS FUNERAL TO BE TUESDAY
Mrs. Nina Adeline Gibbs, 74 years old, 2105 West National highway, died at 8:30 a.m. today at the Daviess County hospital following a serious illness of one week. She had been in failing health for several months.
Mrs. Gibbs a former employee of the telephone company at Wheatland was born August 4 1889 in Harrison township, the daughter of Douglas and Laura Jane (Arthur) Ricks. She was educated in the schools of Washington and Harrison townships and was a member of the EUB church of Washington.
Mrs. Gibbs was married August 7 1920 to Frank Glover who died May 12, 1937 and was married April 29, 1944 to Benjamin L. Gibbs, who survives.
In addition to her husband, she leaves a stepson, Homer Gibbs, San Francisco and a brother Fred Ricks, Washington township. Two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Gill chapel with Rev. R.P. Hawkins in charge and burial in Oak Grove cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon, Sunday.

Gibbs Funeral
Final rites for Mrs. Nina A. Gibbs were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Gill chapel with Rev. R.P. Hawkins, assisted by Rev. Car Ricks, officiated. Burial was in Oak Grove cemetery,. Pallbearers were Raymond Miller, Logan Barber, James Arthur, John Meade, Elmer Meade and Henry Arthur.
