MRS. BEN L. GIBBS DIES OF TUBERCULOSIS
Passed Away This Morning at Home on Poplar Street--Funeral Service Saturday Afternoon.
Mrs. Fannie Gibbs, wife of Benjamin L. Gibbs, died at at 8:45 o'clock this morning at her home at 105 Poplar street of tuberculosis. She had been ill since last February.
Mrs. Gibbs was born near this city thirty-nine years ago and was a daughter of Mrs. Susan Tucker. She is survived by her husband and two sons, one daughter and the following brothers and sisters: Dan and Weaver Tucker, Mrs. Bert Ennis, Mrs Charles Hamer, Mrs. Patrick Kelly and a half sister, Mrs. Aritta Colbert.
Mrs. Gibbs was a member of the United Brethren church and the funeral services will be held there Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with burial following in Oak Grove cemetery.
