WALTER W. CHAMBERS
CLINTON, Ind., April 7 (Special)
Walter W. Chambers, 55 years old of St. Bernice, died at 1:15 o'clock this
afternoon at his home. He was a member of the Christian Church at Elnora
and was a retired railroad conductor. Surviving are the widow Edna;
seven sons, Walter Jr., Kodiak, Alaska; Franklin, Fort Knox, Kentucky;
Ross, Clinton; Max in Japan; Rex, Paul Ray and Bennie Lee, all at home;
three daughters, Mrs. Dixie Jean Ruffattola of Clinton, Judith Ann Chambers
and Diane Sue Chambers, both at home; two sisters Mrs. Bertha Franklin,
Freedom, Ind., and Mrs. Pearl Stultz of Terre Haute and six grandchildren.
the body was taken to the Frist Funeral Home pending completion of funeral
arrangements.
